What is your end goal?
We are all driven by something.
By an emotion, by a goal, or by an experience.
But, who decides your drivers? Do you?
You can. It is your decision that drives you.
Do you want to be driven by fear, gree,d or laziness?
Or do you want the driver to be something else?

We constantly need to make a choice:
immediate results or delayed results.
There isn't one right answer, there is only a trade-off.

We don't have to love them.
We should not hate them either.

Why do you end up venturing into the rabbit hole?
Often, we get caught in a thought and pursue it, endlessly.
Usually, these journeys are meaningless.
They are mere time robbers.
Sometimes, we can reach an epiphany during them.
However, in general, structured thought processes outperform.
Beware the rabbit hole and stop yourself, before it is too late.

Which of the two is more important?
Can you politely decline, without feeling bad?
Often, we are offered something.
Usually, the person offering is trying to be nice.
Sometimes, the offer is not adequate for us.
Taking the offer for politeness's sake is a bad idea.
It will come back to bite you.
Communicate your criteria and decline politely.
Accept when others do the same.

Why does this happen?
How can you find the root problem?
The obvious problem is often the wrong one.
Asking the right questions is the key.
Asking "why" often enough is a good method.
Ask "why" at least 5 times to get close to the root.
The closer you get, the better your solution will be.
